Symbiosis, but only the Pune branch. It has wider options in terms of course selection, more liberal class structure and a stronger alumni network.
Pune is a student hub, so the overall culture is really laid back and easy to enjoy. Symbi also has it's own hostels, where as Christ has limited facility, so if you're not from Bangalore, that would be an issue in terms of safety and comfort.

Placements are relatively similar, both colleges having a large batch size. Cost of living in both cities is around the same, but the set back of SLS is that the fee structure is quite expensive, almost twice the fees of Christ. 

Suggestion:

Symbiosis Pune should be chosen.

now coming to symbiosis Pune VS BVP

It depends.

If you are applying for MBA then symbiosis is any day a better choice.

But if you are planning to do BTech. Or MBBS then BVP is the better option.

BBA LLB or BA LLB is equivalent in both the colleges.

FinAL SUGGESTION : CHOOSE THE COLLEGE ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS NOT OTHERS SUGGESTION.

The minimum required percentage at the intermediate level to be eligible for admission to the Chandigarh Universsity is 50% irrespective of your stream.

Once you fill the application form, a final merit list will be declared and students whose names appear in the list will be admitted for their respective course.

let me tell CHRIST is not autonomus Christ (Deemed to be University) is a private deemed to be university in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. To pursue B.Tech in CSE both the colleges are good and according to Careers360 analysis Chandigarh University has got AAA+ which says this is good option to pursue B.Tech program whereas Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida has got AAAA which means this is very good in the same overall Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status, Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.

So I would suggest keep JIIT at first and then secondly CU should be there. Apart from this, consider your interest, eligibility and convenienece before you make any decision.
