More or less all these are the same.

Placement: Chandigarh University places students to local plus reputed companies.
While Chitkara University focus mainly on reputed companies.

Rank: Chitkara University ranking is on top 50 university in India. I dont know about the Chandigarh Uni.

Staying: It is very cool to live in campus of Chandigarh Uni. But on other side there are some boundations in Chitkara. U cant go out during study hours. You cant use mobile phones and many more.

Cultral and Sports: Chitkara Uni organises more cultral and sports events than Chandigarh Uni.
And there are many more awards and recoganisation in particular fields.

Technical: Chitkara Uni. Provides you better platform to grow technically through projects making and other activities.

Chandigarh universitu and LPU are equally very good. Both of them offer good academics. Both of them have good placemets. Both have a lot of extra curricular as well. So you can choose either.
