Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar is a private university established on April 11, 2002. DSVV Haridwar aims to promote Indian culture and values and prepare students to lead a spiritually and morally enriched life. DSVV Haridwar is recognized by the University Grants Commission(UGC) and has also been accredited by NAAC. DSVV Haridwar is the first private University of Uttarakhand State, privately sponsored by Vedmata Gayatri Trust without any financial aid from any government agency.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is outstanding. Contains high performance computer systems for the students for study use. Hostels are good but have certain restrictions regarding timings. Mess food is also good.

The university is situated in the all green Shivalik Himalayas which gives it a edge for green and natural campus infrastructure the university Is also equipped with modern infrastructure facilities like sports centre's etc.
