SGSITS( Sri Govindram Seksaria institute of technology and science ) is one of top colleges of India it offer alot of courses like MCA,BE,MBA,B PHARMA ,M.Tech,M.sc, m.pharma .
As you have mentioned your rank and percentile here with that rank a general category candidates can't get admission in SGSITS but as you are from SC category you have chances to get seat in some courses like electrical engineering , biomedical , electronic and instrumentation , mechanical and other in round 1 with this you can't get top branches like cse,it,ece but try in round 2 or 3 in those round may you get even top branches .
And it is same for DAVV with you rank even using your category you can't get top branches in first round ,there chances to get few courses like electrical engineering , biomedical , electronic and instrumentation , mechanical and other

Hope you are doing well ! Everyone can have their own view on this topic . But i would like to go with second one . Ipu ece - akhilesh Gupta . It is a good college , and you can learn a lot from this college. Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA..
If you are getting it then don't let this opportunity go , take it .

Based on your ranking, and assuming that you belong to GENERAL Category, you MAY NOT get admission in any of the courses ( B.E. Listen, you can take admission in both Meri as well as Entrance basis , most of the Institution takes meri based or other prefers Entrance based. Both the criteria are available for M.C.A course.

Chandigarh University :-for getting admission there candidate must have passed Bachelors degree in relevant field with Mathematics. at least 50% of marks in Bachelors degree.
1) Delhi University - it generally gives merit based admission
2) JNU- it takes Entrance for admission in M.C.A course.
3) Jamia Millia University - it also provide merit base admission , and at least 50% marks required to applying in this university
4) VIT Vellore - it provides admission on the qualifying marks in Bachelors degree.

Yes it is possible to change the college under same university ,however it is not allowed to change the universities but if you want to just change the college then yes you can do it ,but for that as both the colleges are in the purview of the same University. You have to apply for transfer certificate in the college you are studying. ... That means a student from this college to another college. Clear your first year exam ,if seat is vacant you will receive NOC from the college .

The college's facilities were excellent; it included nice classrooms, canteens, a playground for outdoor activities, and a bus service for students. There are different location different streams. So that everyone gets distinct department.
Very good infrastructure with all the necessary facilities required. I do not face any kind of problem in the campus of this college. Although the infrastructure is a bit old and that is not good in terms of good vibes
The college infrastructure was very good as there are good classroom,, canteens and playground for outdoor activities and also gives facilities like bus for students. Separate placement for streams .
