D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University was started in the year 2021. DYP ATU is a private university located in Talsande Maharashtra, India. Located in a vast area of 200 acres, the university has 45 courses in various discipline like Engineering, Management, Commerce and Agriculture etc. DYP ATU is UGC recognised university aimed at delivering quality education in a stimulating learning environment. The university has a faculty of 1007 members which help the university to produce academic programmes and carry out productive research in order to address the needs of the industry and society.
D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University has well equipped lifestyle that facilitates both curricular activities and co-curricular activities and the university has well equipped facilities. The library is well-endowed with a rich set of textbooks, references, magazines, and journals, in addition to the digital library with internet link. In this regard, students have access to a well furnished gym for their physical fitness. Other amenities include cemented basketball courts and a volleyball court for enthusiasts of sports. The campus also provides different hostel facilities for boys’ and girls only for those who want to stay in the school compound. In addition, the university also bear transport facilities regarding which the university has total 11 buses to carry out various activities such as industrial trips and regular pick and drop.
DYP ATU has the following 45 programmes on offer, thirteen undergraduate degrees, postgraduate courses and doctoral programmes. The courses presented by the university are as follows B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Commerce and Management.
