Eligibility Criteria

The assessment for the Proficiency in French online training has two parts - 30 per cent marks for internal assignment and 70 per cent marks for an external proctored exam. Learners must pass with at least 40 per cent marks in both the assessments. Candidates will receive their certificates only after fulfilling these examination criteria.

Admission Details

Step 1. Enrol in the Proficiency Course in French core undergraduate course by visiting the Swayam’s website link: https://swayam.gov.in/.

Step 2. Scroll to find the ‘Sign-in/Register’ tab and select it to join the programme. 

Step 3. Create your account by typing in the username, password, and email ID and choose the ‘send verification code’ tab.

Step 4. SWAYAM will send the verification code to your email address. Enter that code and select ‘Verify Code’. Alternatively, you can choose to register via your Microsoft, Facebook, or Google account. 

Step 5. Tap the ‘Create’ button and join the course.

Application Details

Candidates do not have to fill out an application form. They can sign up to join the Proficiency Course in French certification course or register via their Facebook, Microsoft, or Google account to proceed.
