Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur was established with the support of the Government of Punjab to flourish Ayurved in the state and complete nation. GRAU Hoshiarpur started functioning on February 1, 2011. Currently, 16 Government Ayurvedic Colleges, 4 Homeopathic Colleges and 1 Unani College are affiliated with GRAU Hoshiarpur. It offers specialisations in UG like BAMS, BHMS and BUMS. Postgraduate admissions are available for PhD, MD and Medicine and Allied Sciences at GRAU Hoshiarpur.
According to GRAU eligibility criteria candidates must pass Class 12 or Graduation or Masters in Science stream like Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
