Master of Science (M.Sc) in Material Science and Nanotechnology  is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree (at least 10+2+3) with Physics as a major/ honours subject

OR 

Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree (at least 10+2+3) with Physics as a subject for three years/ six semester.

Admission Details

Admission to M.Sc. programs will be through valid IIT JAM-2022 score. In case of non-availability of sufficient JAM qualified candidates, the vacant seats may be filled by non-JAM candidates on the basis of their score in an Entrance Examination to be conducted by HBTU, Kanpur.
