About IIIT Kottayam
Established in 2015, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam (IIIT Kottayam) is a PPP model institute, which is founded and managed in public and private partnerships. IIIT Kottayam campus is spread in 53 acres. IIIT Kottayam offers courses at UG, PG and PhD levels.
IIIT Kottayam courses include B.Tech in CSE, CSE with specialisation in Cyber Security, CSE with specialisation in AI & Data Science, and ECE. IIIT Kottayam offers M.Tech courses for working professionals. M.Tech is offered in AI and Data Science, Cyber Security, Big Data and ML, Integrated M.tech in AI & Data Science and Ph.D in various disciplines such as CSE, ECE, Mathematics, and allied areas. College Infrastructure
The permanent campus of IIIT Kottayam is situated in the serene area of Valavoor, Kottayam. The campus is still developing but includes essential facilities such as well-equipped labs, classrooms, a library, hostels. Since it is a newer institution, some infrastructure aspects might still be in progress, but there has been consistent development. Classrooms and Hostels are equipped with high-speed internet connectivity. Many classrooms have smart boards and projectors. Computer Labs, Electronic Labs, Networking Labs, And IOT Robotics Labs.
