Stage 5: Now, tests and personal interviews will take place. This step can vary from company to company based on their recruitment style and process.

Stage 6: The company announces the names of the students who are selected on the very same day or can take as much as another 24 hours. Also, the offer letters are given to the students through the training and placement cell.

As per the IIIT Kottayam stats, the percentage of placement in the year 2024 has increased from the last two years.
