About Cutoff at IIM Jammu

IIM Jammu CAT 2024 scores and admission criteria 2025-27 have been released. IIM Jammu cutoff 2024 through CAP, for general category students is 95, for EWS and NC-OBC is 81, SC students is 66, while for ST students is 42. The sectional CAT cutoff 2024 of IIM Jammu is 75 for general category students. IIM Jammu admissions 2025 are through CAT 2024 scores and Personal Interview.

Indian Institute of Management Jammu cutoff is released every year for admission to Management programmes. Candidates who wish to appear in the selection rounds of IIM Jammu must fall within the IIM Jammu cut off. Candidates are shortlisted for the PI based on the IIM Jammu CAT cutoff.

The IIM Jammu CAT cutoff is different for different genders and categories. For admission to the IPM course, candidates must clear the IIM Jammu IPM cut off 2024 based on JIPMAT scores, while for MBA programme, candidates must appear for the CAT examination.

Candidates must meet the IIM Jammu CAT cut off for admission to the MBA programme. IIM Jammu cut off 2024 is determined by factors like the number of students appearing for the examination, the number of seats available for the programme, the difficulty of the examination and previous year IIM Jammu cutoff trends. The general category candidates must score a minimum 92 score in the CAT examination for SAP admission to the MBA programme. Further, candidates must also score a minimum of 72 in the QA, DILR and VARC sections each.

Hi, My son has done BBA as part of IPM program from IIM BodhGaya(2022-25).He has got admission offer for MBA core program from IIM Jammu and PGDM( Banking and Finance) from NIBM Pune. He does not want to continue with IIM BG and for diversification of experience wants to choose between IIM Jammu and NIBM. Which one will be better. He has slight inclination for finance specialisation. For reputation of institute perspective, placement, overall experience which will be better for the long run? We are from Mumbai.

Both IIM Jammu and NIBM Pune are excellent for the MBA. One thing is that IIM Jammu carries it's own prestigious reputation of being an IIM where as the NIBM Pune has strong connections when it comes to banking and finance sector and the placements are also well praised for NIBM.

To keep everything simple I would suggest NIBM Pune as it offers better placements and importantly it's proximity to your home city Mumbai.

is it cumpulsory for student to stay in hostel at iim jammu if he or she lives nearby college. and is dayout allowed in iim jammu.

Hope you are doing well ! Yes hostel is compulsory for all the students in the iim Jammu ,dayout is not allowed except saturday and Sunday . Also IIM Jammu, the students are provided with single occupancy room in which they provide the bed, Side table, Main table, all weather AC , Fan, Light, Cupboard, Lights, Charging port etc.

If you are interested in public services and want to help others, you can go for MBBS.

If you are interested in corporate job, entrepreneurship, business and more, go for BBA AND MBA.

Both fields are very good. If you still have confusion, go for career counselling test online or offline. You can also talk to your teachers and parents.
