3.State and Central board channel (SCB)
Eligibility criteria :
JEE CHANNEL -should have category rank within 10,000
SCB CHANNEL - should have passed 10+2 level with science stream with marks equal or above the cutoff percentage in their respective boards and have to appear in the IISER Aptitude Test.

There isn't any fixed number of seats in the IISERs.
The maximum number of seats is allocated to the Biology stream while the minimum is given for Maths.
The number of students getting admitted into Physics and Chemistry Departments is intermediate.
However, you can expect around 15-20 seats approximately for Integrated PhD in Chemistry in each IISER.

Yes they can write IISER exam.
See the exam is divided into 4 parts and has 15 questions from Each Subject.
Physics - 15 Questions
Chemistry -15 Questions
Maths- 15 Questions
Biology - 15 Questions
No Sectional Cut Offs .
Most of the students who appear in the IISER Aptitude Test will have either PCM or PCB in Class 12 and only few will have PCMB as subject and they might have an edge over other students.
If you are a PCM Student - You can really do good in PCM Questions + Study NCERT Level Biology

The salary may vary from Private to Government Institutes. In research field, the government job can offer Rs.40,000-1,00,000 per month as per designation and in private job it can be Rs.20,000-1,25,000 per month as per designation.

You are elligible for applying in IISER because your 12th marks is more than 85%(it may vary).
There are too many caretaria and exams to take admission in IISC and IISER.
For IISER you have to qualify JEE advance. The competition is tough.

Regarding your question, There are three channels through which you can apply in IISER.
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) channel
Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE) channel
State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) channel
Yes can apply but the cutoff for CBSE is 88.3%. for more information, please visit https://www.iiseradmission.in/?page_id=8
Definitely you must apply for it as your ward as the ability to perform in that but see through his interest also before applying anywhere i hope you understand the term.

Im pretty sure you need to study maths for the exam. You can start coaching for it and that will help you out to atleast get a basic knowledge to attempt a few questions of the maths exam

However it was in its developing phase but still it was good. I enjoyed a lot natural beauty and greenery. Clean and AC classrooms. Lab facility was good and developing. Sports facilities was playing. Large campus ,there was too much to explore.
