Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi offers admission to PGD, LLM and many other courses. ILI New Delhi PGD admission is done based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility. However, Indian Law Institute Delhi admission to L.L.M is based on the candidate's performance in the ILI CAT and performance during viva-voce to be conducted by the institute.
ILI New Delhi PhD selection process is through the written test followed by the performance in the viva voce/presentation conducted by ILI New Delhi. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for ILI Delhi admissions. The details of the ILI Delhi admission process are given below.

ILI New Delhi offers L.L.M, PG Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution, PG Diploma Corporate Law and Management, PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law and PG Diploma in Cyber Law at the postgraduate level. The duration of the ILI New Delhi postgraduate courses is 1 year.

For ILI New Delhi PGD admission, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria.
Candidates have to fill out the application form only through online mode on the official website of the institute.
Admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Programmes shall be made on merit and prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
However, an additional 5% weightage in marks will be given to candidates who are law graduates/CMA/CA/CS (For courses where Law is not a qualifying degree).
Final admission is done after verification of documents and Indian Law Institute admission fee payment.

Then, candidates have to appear and qualify for the ILICAT to be conducted by the institute.
The qualified candidates have to appear for a viva voce conducted by the institute.
ILI New Delhi admission to the L.L.M. programme shall be made according to merit prepared on the basis of the combined marks obtained in the ILICAT and performance during viva voce.
Final admission is offered after verification of documents and course fee payment.
The Ph.D programme offered by ILI New Delhi is Ph.D in the Law stream. The duration of the ILI New Delhi Ph.D Law course is 6 years. The eligibility for admission to Ph.D programme is that candidates must have passed an L.L.M. degree with an aggregate of 55% marks from a recognised university.

Candidates interested in taking admissions have to meet the eligibility criteria and apply online on the official website of the institute.

Candidates have to clear the admission test of three hours duration conducted by the authorities of the institute.
The candidates who have qualified in UGC JRF are exempted from taking the admission test.

The ILI Delhi Ph.D admission will be made according to the merit list prepared based on the performance in the viva-voce/presentation.

ILI Delhi LLM eligibility criteria is that the candidates must have passed an LL.B. degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any university/institution recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Candidates having a graduate degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply for PGD courses at ILI Delhi. 5% weightage will be given to the Law Graduates/CA/CMA/CS for admission to all Post Graduate Diploma Programmes.
ILI New Delhi admission to the P.G.D programme is done based on the basis of the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination. Admission to the L.L.M programme is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the ILI CAT conducted by ILI New Delhi. Candidates seeking for admission to Ph.D programme have to qualify a written test followed by the viva-voce/presentation conducted by the law institute.
At Indian Law Institute Delhi, PhD in law, there are 9 seat available. Eligibility for the PhD programme is LLM degree with minimum 55% marks. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are eligible for admission, his/her admission shall be provisional. ILI Admission
