Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar was established in 1992 by Achyuta Samanta. Kiit is having the best infrastructure in india. its known for its world class campus and largest college amongst all govt and private, having a area of 6500+ acres.. all labs are classroom are smart classrooms with full wifi all over the campus.

College Infrastructure
Well, the college infrastructure is a provided with all the necessary equipment and facilities. The students have access to free Wi-Fi, labs, gym, sports etc. in classroom there is a projector, AC, desk chair and a board.

To get a seat in CSE at KIIT, you need to score at least 82-85 percentile. Now answer to your question is, it can go as low as 65 percentile .
You shouldn't worry about it . Do a little hard work and try to get a rank below 5000.
For IT Branch the safe rank would be under8-8.5k
