Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, Pauri was established in 2016 under the Government of Uttarakhand. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university offers 33 diplomas, 32 UG courses, 58 PG courses and 8 doctoral courses for prospective students who are interested in pursuing higher education.

The streams in which the courses are offered are Management and Business Administration, Animation and Design, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and many more.

Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, Pauri also called MAHGU Pauri courses include BLIbISc, BSc, BSW, BLIbISc, BCom(Hons), BPharma, BCA, BDes, LLB, MSW, LLM, PGDCA, MSc, MDes MLIBISc, MBA, MCA, M.Phil, PhD and many more.

MAHGU Pauri admission is given based on merit acquired in the qualifying exam and scores acquired in the entrance exam (MAHGEE) conducted by the university. MAHGU Pauri scholarships are offered to the eligible students.

Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, Pauri also has a placement cell that offers job opportunities with competitive pay packages. College Infrastructure

Our college campus was neat and clean and whole campus is surrounded by lush greenery . With each morning taking a breath of fresh air. Our college have facilities of library and hostel but there should be more other facilities for the students.

Yes,we do have all the necessary infra,facilities . Though it’s not the same like universities shown in karan johar movies! Yes all the class rooms,labs etc are well maintained. Yess everything is clean and clear!
