Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU) Motihari, is a central university located in Motihari city of Bihar. It was established in 2014 by an Act of Parliament, with the aim of providing quality higher education in various fields. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in various disciplines such as Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences, Management and Business Administration and Engineering.
MGCU Motihari courses include B.A., B.Tech, B.Com Hons, M.B.A., M.Phil, M.A., M.Tech, M.S.W., and PhD. Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Motihari offers admissions at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The university offers full-time programmes to the students. MGCU Motihari Application Process 2024
Firstly, candidates must register and appear for the CUET examination, conducted by the NTA.
Then, fill up the online application form for admission on the MGCU’s admission portal: mgcubcuet.samarth.edu.in
Enter all the required details and upload the required documents for admission.
Pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 and submit the application.
MGCU Motihari Login Details
To log into the admission portal, candidates must visit the admission portal website: mgcubcuet.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login. After that, candidates must enter their CUET application number and their password and click on ‘Login’. MGCU Motihari Login portal includes academic details, fees, admission status and many other details.
MGCU Motihari UG Admission 2024
The university provides B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication, B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), B.Com (Hons) and B.Lib.I.Sc programmes at the undergraduate level. The duration of the courses varies from one to four years. Admission is offered on the basis of the CUET-UG scores.

College Infrastructure
College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities like Wifi,Smart board, gym, and library. College have also a big playground. College have also two buses for students and it us free. College have a smart lab with 100+ PCs.

College Infrastructure
It has a good infrastructure for its B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering courses. The classroom are well-equipped with modern teaching aids. The university has also a library with a large collection of books and journals. The hostels are neat and clean. There are separate hostel for boys and girls, and each hostel has a warden who is responsible for the safety of the students.

College Infrastructure
The college is eco-friendly. College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment that required the college. The classrooms are clean, proper laboratory work experiment, almost every classes have smart board.

Here you have not mentioned the name of college so it is quite tough to give exact answer as the placement records vary from college to college. Some college have very good placement while others don't.
But if you ask generally, then there is good placement for btech in CSE and it also have very good scope.

So, as you said that you have missed the form filling up procedure for Mahatma Gandhi Central University, so definitely you can't apply for the college this year, you have to search for some other colleges. Now, coming to your JEE Mains percentile, I'm sorry to tell you that it's too low and the competition is really very high, so your chances of getting in a good college is less.
But no need to get disheartened, you still have plenty of other options in your hand. You can either take a year drop, and prepare even better for the next year's examination.
