Monad University, Hapur was established in 2010 under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The university is managed by the Monad Educational Society (MES). The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Council of Architecture (COA), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Monad University, Hapur provides admission to diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses such as BCA, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, MCA, and PhD to students. Admission to the courses is based on merit.
