Also, at your marks, chances of getting best Government Medical Colleges for BAMS is also negligible. But yes, you still have chances to get BAMS into some Ayurveda Colleges.

You also have the option to go for Private Medical Colleges for MBBS if you don't want to take drop. Fees for the same varies from Rs. 10 Lakhs to 1 Crore per Year. But, choosing Drop or BAMS rather than Private Medical Colleges is more better for you.

You also mentioned you are a domicile of Rajasthan and that you come from GEN-EWS category.
Although, we don't have exact data of cutoffs required for getting admission to BAMS at National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, you can still be positive about the fact that your chances of getting a seat for BAMS at NIA, Jaipur is somewhat high . In 2020, the cutoff expected for admission to top Government Ayurvedic Colleges was around 350-490 or above and for NIA Jaipur, it was somewhere around 490 or above.

National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur was set up by the ministry of health and family welfare by the government of India.
Candidates applying for the BAMS course should pass 12th with 50% marks in science subjects(Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) from a recognized board.
If you want to get a seat in this college then your score must be in this range and above.
Admission to any medical colleges based on the NEET score. Every year the cutoff for the colleges is different.
For NIA Jaipur the expected cutoff for this year is 450-480marks.

For admission in National Institute of Ayurveda , Jaipur you need to fill DSRRAU application form and appear in its entrance exam.For registration you need to visit official website of university by paying application fee.
After shortlisting of candidates university will conduct offline counselling along with required documents such as DSRRAU admit card, application from, fee receipt, 10+2 marksheet, caste certificate, transfer certificate, valid ID proof, passport size photo.

as per official website of university, study available in hindi as well as im English also. As per student's interest student can appear in Hindi or English. So yes study is available in hindi medium as well as in English Medium also. Student can opt accordingly.
