People University Placement cell organises many activities  such as training, record keeping, campus interviews, career guidance, job fair, resume making, etc. The cell also connects with reputed companies and acts as a link between organisations and students. It also trains the students for the placement through group discussions, mock interviews, and guest lectures. It also organises seminars and workshops for the personality development of the students. The People University placement cell tries to place as many students as possible in the companies. The placement process of People’s University has these steps: registration, shortlisting, pre-placement talk, written tests, group discussion, and personal interview. The candidates who pass the interview get jobs in the company they wanted.
