SCTIMST Trivandrum provides separate hostel buildings for boys with all the basic necessary facilities required for the girl students to stay in the hostel premises. 

The institute provides a separate hostel for girls students with all the necessary facilities like fans, beds, wardrobes, lights and study tables for the students.

Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute For Medical Sciences And Technology Trivandrum has an auditorium in a hospital building with a capacity of 50 members on the ground floor and there is another auditorium present at the second floor with a capacity of 100 members. The auditorium that is present in the AMC building has a seating capacity of almost 250 members with an air conditioning facility in which all the activities like seminars, and cultural activities take place.
