Only those candidates who getting rank 500-1000 admission in those government engineering collage.

Based on the usual cutoff trend, I am sorry but you cannot get admission in SVU with this rank. You can try for other really good colleges though because you do have a very good rank.

Sri Venkateswara University located in Tirupati is one of the best Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The university has good demand for CSE stream. You need a rank below 4000 to get CSE stream in SVU. Also category  matters a lot. If you are from SC/ST you have chances of getting SVU in CSE stream.

Private medical college Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Chittoor had the least cutoff last year in the SVU region of Andhra Pradesh last year and the cutoff marks were 496 equivalent to an AIQ rank of 22811. You seem a lot away from it. The cutoffs have even increased drastically high this year. 

You might take a drop and comeback with more better marks the next year that you get a government seat in your state or else you can join other courses like BAMS BHMS or BPT.
