1: What is the last date for applying GITAM University?

Applications for GITAM University are now open for its Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. Candidates can fill up the application and the application fee of Rs 1,200 (non-refundable). The last date to submit online applications for phases 1, 2, and 3 is May 2023, June 2023, and July 2023, respectively.

2: Is GITAM admission open?

Admission for GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management) is open for 2023. 3: Can we get free seat in GITAM?

Candidates who have qualified for the merit list can avail of financial aid based on their score in GAT or equivalent qualifying exam to get a free seat in GITAM. Meritorious candidates will be granted a scholarship of up to 100% for the first year that will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to scoring 8.0 and above CGPA every year.

4: Can I join GITAM without entrance?

To get enrolled in GITAM degree courses, you have to appear in the GAT (GITAM Admissions Test). GAT is the first step to kick-start the academic journey at GITAM. The test will help you solidify your place in the institution as well as avail scholarships based on merit. Following safety protocols, you can now take the GAT exam online from the safety of your home.

5: What is the qualifying marks for GITAM?

For undergraduate courses at GITAM University, you must have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in 10+2 from a recognised central/state board (except open schools). You also must have qualified in GAT UG. For postgraduate GITAM courses, you should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination from a recognised University. You also must score obtained in GAT PG.

Academically, the institution excels with a strong emphasis on research and innovation. The professors are leaders in their fields, and the resources available to students are exceptional. The only downside is that the academic pressure can sometimes overshadow other aspects of college life.
