I dont understand what you mean by your category is over but i will try to help you out. Also it is AP ICET, AP ICET stands for Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test is conducted by Shri Venkateshwara University in place of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. The test is conducted for admissions into first year of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA). 

The cutoff marks for general category is 50. According to your rank you belong to the C category.

2. Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology - [PVPSIT], Vijayawada
3. Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam

Applicants who will get rank between 1001 and 10,000 can apply for C grade colleges.You can also get Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women - [SVECW], Bhimavaram based on your rank.

But Sri Venkateswara University - [SVU], Tirupati is a grade A college. there are high chances you wont get a seat here.

According to official cut off for M.Sc. biotechnology  program in SVU, your admission chances are very very rare . But you need to wait for 2nd or 3rd counciling sedule , but chance's are rare .You need to continue visit offical website for further admission updates .

I am sorry but it will be difficult for you to get admission in government colleges for mbbs or BDS seat. Most of the top private colleges have cut off of around 97000-1,00,000 rank.

As you mention your rank in UPSEE seat with this rank it is difficult to get colleges like AU and other top colleges . As most of the seat are filled by GATE examination.

But you can try in colleges with your rank..

I think you can get a Seat, considering your score in ICET, and your rank. But you can never be sure of it. Masters in Computer Application is a very in-demand course and your rank is not amongst the top 300s. At the same time considering your reservation status, you still have decent chance. See as per your Marks-446 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.

There is very less probability of getting a seat.
