I don't think M.Tech in VLSI is available in SVU. Courses offered for M.Tech are- Civil (Highway,Structural),CSE,EL,ME(Production, Thermal,Core)

Chances in SVU are low but you can go via caste reservation or management quota, on the other hand, you will definitely get a seat in JNTU.

Its a very good College. If you have been allotted a seat in institute of aeronautics HYD., Dont leave it for its a very good option at this rank and the choice of branch is also very good. Nothing better than this could be given yo you at this rank. However if y wish to try your luck you may go ahead with it.

For an OC candidate the aggregate should be around 40% which means that there are chances for securing seat in the Institute. You can check the official website for updated cut offs.
