XIM University, Bhubaneswar Facilities

The 75 acres campus of the university offers an array of facilities to its students and faculty members. XIM University facilities include a library with a collection of print resources including books, reference books, journals etc and also subscribes to various e-resources, separate hostels for boys and girls, modern classrooms, cafeteria etc. XIM University Bhubaneswar facilities ensure that students are not having any discomfort while they are on campus. The varsity offers sport facilities and encourages students to participate in sports events and competitions. The fully air-conditioned auditorium of XIM University can accommodate up to 850 people. Apart from these facilities, the XIM University facilities list also include medical centre, wifi, well-equipped laboratories, gym and transportation services.

Boys Hostel
XIM University students are required to live on the campus. The university has separate residences for boys. All the hostel rooms have an internet connection enabled through wifi connection. Students are offered XIM University hostel facilities such as photocopying machines kiosks, printing and copying facilities, a multi-purpose hall, a book club, water cools, geysers, etc. The mess is handled by the student's mess committee that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Students who work till late in the night can choose from a variety of food items including junk food at X-Cafe.
Girls Hostel
Students need to stay on the campus as XIM University academic activities are round the clock. The university offers separate residential facilities to female students. XIM University hostel rooms have an internet connection enabled via the latest wifi technology. Various hostel facilities are provided to students for their comforts such as washing machines/laundry services, water coolers, geysers, telephones, televisions, and indoor games like carrom and table tennis. XIM University students are also offered mess facilities and have an X-Cafe where junk food is available.
Medical/Hospital
XIM University has a health center and it caters to all medical needs of the students, faculty and staff. An ambulance facility is available 24&7 for emergency cases.
Gym
XIM University has a gym with all the latest equipment and machines for the benefit of students.
Library
XIM University library collection includes books, periodicals, databases, e-books, e-journals, audio-visual materials, cases, company annual reports, working papers & newspapers. Besides the print resources available for the students, the XIM University library subscribes to various national and international e-resources in the form of corporate and economic databases. Such information resources help students to meet their information and research needs.
Sports
The university provides a large number of sports facilities to the students. This includes fields and grounds for various indoor and outdoor games. XIM University sports facilities for sports such as basketball, badminton, cricket, football, tennis, table tennis and volleyball.
I.T Infrastructure
XIM University has a Computer Resource Centre (CRC) that provides IT resources to students and faculty member and meet the basic requirements of students. The university has the latest and modern IT infrastructure facilities. The Computer Resources and Data Centre (CRDC) at the new campus and old campus provide all IT and computing resources to the students, faculty and staff members of the university. All the computers are connected to the campus LAN/Wi-Fi, which is supported by a fibre optic backbone.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria of the institute provides healthy and tasty meals to the students, faculty and staff. Student’s Committee manages the mess that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. XIM University also has an X-Cafe that serves a variety of fast food items to students.
Auditorium
XIM University has an auditorium that is the venue of all the university major events. XIM University auditorium is fully air-conditioned that can accommodate up to 850 people.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for alumni association.
Wifi
The college has Wi-Fi for the students and faculty members. Wi-Fi is available in every part of the campus.
Classrooms
XIM University classrooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. The classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, computers, network connections through LAN and Wi-Fi. XIM University class Room complex includes air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, multi-media hall, computer labs and an executive classroom.
Laboratories
The university provides many departmental laboratories to the students. These laboratories help the students in gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience. The laboratories present on campus are the Bloomberg Lab and the Computer Lab.
Transport Facility
The university has shuttle services to pick up and drop students from various locations near the campus proximity. The shuttle service is available for students, staff and faculty members.

The campus is full residential, with proper hostel and academic facilities, including playgrounds for football and cricket, also two basketball courts with one lawn tennis court mess, hostel and academic block are separate for ug and pg students

How much is the NMAT cut off for the XUB?

Hi,

To be cleae, NMAT Cut off is actually the minimum score or the percentile that the candidate requires to score in order to be elegible for going to further rounds in the NMAT selection process. The NMAT Cut Off as of last year is 81-85 percentile and 200+ score.

i have got admission offers from XIME Bangalore PGDM and from MBF in XUB. In terms of future prospect which would be better as I am a fresher from engineering background. Please also suggest in terms of placement support.

XUB is Xavier University Bhubaneswar is the first jesuit university in India. It was established in the year of 1987 under the supervision of Government of India Government of Odisha. Hindi cinema University BA LLB BBA LLB BCom accounts BSc economics B tech BA library science human resource Management, and management program is taught here. Xavier Institute of business management is it branch organisation of job XUB and what is the education of mainly on management MBA and IMBA.

According to faculties counter both is the same.. campus environment both is the same. The placement of the board institution is hopeful. But x i m b is the the the branch organisation of XUB. There is no problem who can join MBA program in XIMB, graduate engineer. Main take admission in XI MB Institute of Management Bhubaneswar Odisha. The highest salary package is 16.6 Lacs rupees per annum. An average salary 12.6 Lacs of rupees per annum.

For finance,which is better NMIMS Navi Mumbai or Masters of Business Finance in XUB in 2021,considering various factors?

Hello aspirant,

NMIMS is very good for placements as placements in NMIMS is better than XUB,XUB have residential programs, whereas you will not able to get the whole experience of campus and environment in NMIMS.

The average salary for XUB is around 15.42 lakhs and highest package is around 26 lakhs,.

Whereas the average salary in NMIMS is around 17 lakhs and the highest package is around 30.37 lakhs.

Overall if you can get admission in NMIMS it's very good if you take admission in this College, as the overall performance, opportunities and scope of growth is higher than the XUB.

But if XUB is preferable for you, you can opt for this college also, as it's on you how good you can prepare and study for better placements and career growth.
