The library and information center are the backbone of the academic and research activities of the institute and have been catering to the information needs of the faculty members, students, staff, and research scholars. The library is well connected to the internet to facilitate access to online national and international journals, magazines, reports, and projects. AITM has an air-conditioned library center with a large number of books along with several Indian, and foreign journals and an extensive collection of reports and projects. The library information system which operates through OPAC contains a record of all books and journals. It has online subscriptions to various journal resources. These resources are available to students and faculty for research and coursework. The library also subscribes to compendiums, directories, Year Books, and CD-ROMS. Digital resources on many subjects are made accessible through Libsys Software in the Library. The KRC provides the following services:

IT INFRASTRUCTURE

AITM has been networked for total connectivity. The campus has fully operational high-speed Wi-Fi 24X7 200 Mbps Internet Connectivity. This facility rates among the best of the institutions in the country. The facility helps students to interact online and view all the information online like grades, attendance, etc. Students can also download the handouts, lecture notes, and PowerPoint presentations given by the faculty. Each classroom has been equipped with LCDs and OHPs for effective learning sessions. All the systems are backed up for power through online UPS. The students and faculty at ACE are provided with modern computing facilities.

• Exclusively, four separate hostels are provided for men that can accommodate about 800 students.
• The Boys’ Hostel for Diploma students has more than 90 rooms spread over three floors and accommodates about 450 students.
• All the rooms have attached bathrooms.
• There is a 24-hour water and electricity supply.
• The hostel fee is Rs. 18000 per year for B.Tech and Rs. 16000 for Diploma Students.
• In case of any electricity problem, we have 2 nos. of D.G sets.
• All the students are provided with their study table.

• 80 rooms accommodate 320 students.

Canteens and cafeterias are one of the important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping on different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The school canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. AITM has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students. Canteens can conveniently accommodate 250 students at a time. The ASE & IP has 14 canteens and one cafeteria inside the campus in which a variety of dishes are available at most nominal rates. The canteens and cafeteria remain open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to the students, staff, and visitors.

We have a full-fledged transport department that functions in the college to provide transport facilities to students and staff from various places. The college provides transport facilities for staff and students by fleet of 21 buses owned by the college and plying between the city and the college Transportation facilities are available for Angul, Nalco, Banarpal, Gudiaketani, Talcher Town, Bhushan, Jindal, IGIT, Parjang, MCL, Dera, Balanda, etc. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. This service is offered to ensure a hassle-free and safe transportation. The college is presently using 21 buses, owned by “ADARSHA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS”.

The institute provides an environment for the students to develop their personality and good health. All facilities are available for indoor and outdoor sports. The institute organizes Yoga & meditation sessions for stress release and good health. There is a Sports Centre, functioning to ensure the needs of sports activities of all the Institutes in our educational complex. A large playground on the campus is well-equipped for cricket, hockey, football, basketball, and other Indian games.
