College infrastructure is really good, the college have 5 floors, each floor has lecture hall, there is AC in every lecture hall and and in every dept where class takes place. Two elevators are there which can take upto 30 people at a time
Academically the college is progressing day by day. Each & Every class is taken seriously. All the exams are being taken seriously. Even during covid the students had to give pen paper exam. Students of Agmc are shining as good doctors everywhere
In medical field placement is not in the hands of college, rather it is in the hands of Govt. Govt made a bond for us to serve for 5yrs mandatorily but it is not able to provide job at the last. This way placement is not good
Course fees is little high as compared to other Govt colleges
This is where agmc is lacking. It lacks a proper campus..even it has a main entrance which is common to both Hospital and college
Hello,
A score of 450 in the NEET might enable you to get admission to AGMC according to your category, state quota, and annual cutoffs. Generally, 450 marks could probably be competitive under state quotas; however, it might not necessarily guarantee a seat under the All India Quota.
Using the Careers360 NEET College Predictor is one way of ascertaining the chances. The application will consider NEET scores, category, home state, and previous years' trends to give an estimate of which colleges a student might qualify for. It is simply a case of filling in details on the Careers360 website, and it churns out a list of potential colleges - in this case, AGMC.
Regarding the fees, it is pretty low and being a government medical college, the tuition fee is about 30,000-50,000 for a year. Add to that all other expenses towards hostels, exams etc may hike it to around 60,000-70,000 per year. For more latest updates you may refer to the website of AGMC or call up their office for admission.
AGMC (Tripura) is around Rs 66500-75100 per year which will be around 3 lakhs total + hostel and books fees.
RIMS (Manipur) total is around Rs 6400 per year from their official site which is around 30,000 total + hostel and books fees.
NEIGRIMS (Meghalaya) total is Rs 6020 per year which is again around Rs 30,000 total + hostel and books fees.
This is based on past year fees but to be sure you should directly get in contact with the college of your choice for MBBS course.
Hope this helps.
