I assume you are talking about AP EAMCET exam . Under this , there is farmer and non-farmer quota . Further there is general and women's quota and likewise also based on local region (AU and SVU) the cutoffs will vary slightly .So for OC category you will need a rank below 2000 to secure agriculture seat which may vary with your local region if applicable and for EWS category the rank under non-farmer quota in AU category a rank below 5K is needed and under SVU a rank under 3-4K is needed . Agricultural College, Naira is one of the top agriculture colleges in Andhra Pradesh. If you want to pursue Bachelors degree then you need to qualify AP EAMCET  and passed 12th (Maths,Physics,Chemistry) from a recognized board. There are also other factors like number of seats available in each category and the cutoffs which determines the admission. So you need a good score in AP EAMCET  and also only with ICAR Entrance exam you cannot pursue Bachelors. However, if you have completed Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Food Technology and qualified ICAR AIEEA with good marks and rank then you can get admission in this college and pursue Masters degree.

Agricultural College, Naira was established in the year 1989 as one more constituent college of Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University to provide quality agricultural education at Under Graduate level.  The primary objectives of establishing the College was to fulfill the interests of the aspiring students of the north coastal Andhra Pradesh in pursuit of a career in agriculture and to create a learning and service center for extending the futuristic technologies in the field of agriculture to the farmers of the region for adoption.

Forgetting the admission in agricultural college naira there are no cutoff marks. Just qualifying in EAMCET and with a good academic background is enough to get admission. You cannot get a seat in naira without EAMCET rank but appearing will give you a seat without worrying about cut off.
