With the above mentioned rank in EWS category in JEE mains and looking at the previous year JEE mains Cutoff, you have difficult chances of getting CSE branch in any of the Good NIT's or IIIT's as the minimum required closing cutoff rank for EWS category students for NIT's is around 2K-3K and for the same for IIIT's is around 8K-10K in top IIIT's. So this becomes difficult to get CSE branch in some good NIT's or IIIT's at such rank in JEE mains, even with Home state Quota.
But do not worry as with the above mentioned EWS rank in JEE mains you can get many of the good State level Engineering Colleges and most State Private Engineering Colleges.
