Hello aspirant,
You are less likely to get a seat even if you are a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Silchar, Mizoram, Puducherry and likewise.....
In SC category, last year cut off rank of any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh is below 8500 according JoSAA counselling.....
You can try in Special Rounds like in CSAB after JoSAA counselling....
From the following link, you can check cu off of IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTI colleges of all rounds in JoSAA counselling.....

Hi there,
Your rank is quite good but it can't assure a seat at your preferred nit, although you may have a good chance if you stick until the last rounds of the counselling. Since you have home state domicile then it would also be beneficial.
You can also get other nits like :-

Hello,
You haven't mentioned the state you belong to. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you belong to Telangana. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in NIT, Warangal but you have chances to get seat in NIT Andhra Pradesh in the following branches
This was the cut off in round 6 of JoSAA 2020 counselling for SC (Other state) category. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Congratulations for a good rank in AP EAMCET 2021 .
Based on your rank in AP EAMCET and mentioned category details you have a good chance to get seat in Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering, Tadepalligudem for B.Tech Electronics and Communication Technology as previous year's record.
But you might not get any seat for ECE Branch in Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering, Tadepalligudem and Sri Vasavi Engineering College, Tadepalligudem as per last year's cut-off state rank, which was 39920 and 36953 respectively.
