Hello Aspirant,
As you did not mention your category I will assume you to be a GEN candidate. As your percentile does not meet the cut-off percentile of JEE mains you wont be able to participate in JoSAA counselling. But still then you can participate under state level counseling for admission into state level GFTIs(SGFTIs) or other decent colleges.
I would suggest you to try our College Predictor tool to know your chances at different colleges(link below)

Dear Aspirant,
NITs take admissions on the basis of your JEE Mains score and the AP EAMCET score is valid only for the government and private state institutions except NITs and IIITs.Thus with a good score in AP EAMCET you can acquire seat in a good government engineering college but if you aim admission into NIT then you will have to focus ON JEE Mains score.I hope I have been able to answer your query well.Best of luck.

Good luck!
Hello,
Its not right to compare but some questions needs to be answered when its about future. JNTU is good in terms of infrastructure, faculties, overall exposure that is required at the time of interviews. And on the other hand NIT Andhra Pradesh, though its new but it is a "NIT". If you are getting streams like CS, IT, ECE then i think you can go for NIT Andhra Pradesh, otherwise you should decide what matters more tag of "NIT" or other things.
Hello,
With this rank, as per last years cutoff i cannot see chances of getting CS or ECE in NIT Andhra Pradesh, however you can definitely get into other streams with this rank. You can refer this link for last years cutoff.
