The College has Library started in 1997 with a collection of about 4000 books. The collection of books grows from time to time/ year by year. Now its collection reached up to 62703 books.
The College has its own cafeteria on the premises. It caters to nearly 2900 students and staff every day. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, etc. The canteen in the college is the hub of every student activity. Students throng the canteen and help themselves to a variety of tasty foods which of course comes at very nominal rates. College Canteen provides delicious and hygienic food and very affordable prices.
The Computer Centre is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest computer systems to encourage the students to make full use of the facility to train themselves in modern computer applications and software applications and development.
The college offers sports facilities in games such as Badminton, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Chess, Table tennis, Boxing, volleyball, Athletics, etc.

The college has a Hospital Started with a dispensary in 1997 to cater to the needs of students, staff, and local population under the banner of Al-Falah Charitable Trust, Al-Falah Hospital expanded into 350 bedded super-specialty hospitals in 2014.
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
There is a utility center on the campus that provides stationery, snacks, etc. Students can make use of the photocopying facility available at the center for payment.
The college has training and the Placement department holds a vital position in the hierarchy of any organization.
Earlier, the Training and placement function was part of the HR department of the organization. Due to the importance of the Training & Placement function for the organization, the T and P function has emerged as an independent entity.
The fundamental function of the Training & Placement department is to identify the training needs of various stakeholders in the organization and organize the need-based training program. For instance, in the Corporate world, the T&P department organizes training for – soft skill development, Office Systems, procedures, etc.
