ARS B.Ed. College, Bokaro, and it is one of the institutions of teacher education, in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. It offers two full-time programs, namely B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) and D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education), College aims at selecting the best candidates for these programs, according to the statutory provisions framed by the Jharkhand State Government and the affiliated university. The selection of candidates for admission into ARS B.Ed. College is based on the merits prescribed in the qualifying examination and, wherever found necessary, an entrance examination.

For the B.Ed. enrollment:

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed.(Bachelor of Education): ARS B.Ed. College, Bokaro, has an approved intake of 100 seats for the B.Ed. program. Admission to the program is being conducted through counseling by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB). Based on performance in the entrance examination and subsequent counseling process, candidates are assigned to seats in the college. The program seeks to prepare students for a teaching career at secondary and higher secondary levels.

D.El.Ed.(Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed. program has an approved intake of 50 seats. Admission procedure for this course is considered on merit, based upon marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In some cases, entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University may be conducted. The focus of this program is to prepare students for teaching the elementary education level.
