hi,

diploma in pharmacy is 3 years duration diploma course, eligibility criteria is you need to pass 10+2 course from a recognized education board with physics, chemistry and biology as a subject, some of the institute take admission basis on 10+2 score and some of the college take admission by state level entrance test, you need to check the official website of the college and apply.

Hello,

Assam medical college gives admission into MBBS and diploma under UG course. For PG course, it provides MS and MD in 17 different streams.
You have not mentioned in which course or stream you want to join.
To get an admission for MBBS , you have to go through NEET. NEET is a national medical entrance exam which makes candidates eligible for MBBS, BDS and BAMS.

You should choose which stream you want to go. On the part of getting admission, you have to get good score. Try to score atleast 70% of the total score. If you have reservation category then it will help you to make eligible for more college options.

Practice more questions. Solve previous year questions. Appear mock tests to check your performance. Focus more on weak sections more.

For joining into diploma, it will be merit based admission. They may do some screening round for admission.
For PG course, you have to appear NEET PG. It would be safe to secure atleast 80% of total score for confirm admission.  Competition is high as seat matrix is very less in comparison to student strength.
Hope it helps!

We do not have 2019 data yet. In 2018, under State Quota, 367 marks secured a seat in Dibrugarh Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off. As we said, it is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For 2020, if you want a seat in this College, you should aim for atleast 500-550. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.

Hi,

According to the state medical council of Assam, the current bond amount for pg students is of rupees 20 lakhs and the bond duration us of 10 years.

The rule is much strict there and minimally be followed for 1.5-2 years.

Either it is no bond. .no stipend.

Hope this will help you out.

For more details and informations you can check out the official sites too.

Good luck.

Dear Mahil, in 2018, 297 marks secured a seat in Assam Medical College under ST Plain Category. This is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. And cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you should atleast target for 400 for a seat in this Medical College.

Dear Uday, NEET score is valid for 1 year if you plan on pursuing Medicine in India and 3 years if you plan on pursuing Medicine abroad. It isn't clear as why you did not take admission in a Medical college if you cracked NEET but if you want to study MBBS in India, this year the admissions have closed and the classes have commenced. You will have to appear for NEET next year again and appear for counselling. If you get a seat, you current University, you have to inform your current University and take admission in the Medical College.

Hello dear student,
As you have asked about the number of students apply for the exam every year. But you haven't mentioned about which exam you want to know about this information. While I am here telling you about the NEET here as you haven't specified any specific exam . So every year the number is increasing while approximately 12 to 13 Lakhs. I hope this was helpful
Best wishes
