A First Aid Medical facility is available inside the college premises for the staff members, faculties and the students.  

AV College of Arts Science and Commerce, Hyderabad has a separate Library and Information Centre for both UG and PG students. The undergraduate library has a vast collection of books, journals, periodicals and popular newspapers. The library is fully automated by using DELPLUS 2.0 library software system. The library has a reading room and the staff and the students are provided with Open Access Library system, newspaper clippings, back volume of journals and previous year question papers. A.V. College Hyderabad also has a PG Library and Information Centre with MCA and MBA course materials.
