Amity University Gurugram provides various types of facilities to the students, faculty and working staff members. The facilities and infrastructure help the students have a tension-free, enjoyable and great learning experience while pursuing their studies. Amity University Gurugram facilities and infrastructure include a library, residential facilities, laboratories, sports facilities and many more. Amity University Gurugram provides 24-hour internet connectivity.

Boys Hostel
The University has Boys Hostel accommodation separately. Apartment styled AC accommodation is a single occupancy concept in a 4 room apartment which is air-conditioned along with sitting lounge, cable TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi connection and essential furniture including bed mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and laundry services. Twin sharing Non AC accommodation would include essential furniture along with a bed mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and laundry services.
Girls Hostel
The University has Girls Hostel accommodation separately. Apartment styled AC accommodation is a single occupancy concept in a 4 room apartment which is air conditioned along with sitting lounge, cable TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi connection and essential furniture including bed mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and laundry services. Medical/Hospital
Amity University Gurugram facilities include the medical room. The medical room is equipped with all necessary medical equipment. A doctor is available 24 hours and ambulances are also present for any emergencies.
Gym
The University has gym facility. On campus Gymnasium equipped with most modern fitness machines provide a perfect opportunity for both girls and boys for their regular workouts and enhance their fitness level.
Library
Amity University Gurugram library has around 50000 books, 20000 journals and 2500 publications. There are separate sections which are present in the library like the reference section, circulation section, audio visual section, digital library section, etc.

College Infrastructure

The only good thing about this college is the Infrastructure only rest everything is just stupid and pathetic. The buildings are really pretty there are lifts canteens and elevators in the library.. yay

It’s an awesome college and I am just living and learning

It’s good and spacious moreover the environment is so good over there and also there are laboratories ground like you can easily relax yourself after studying so much and also the buildings are clean and gives positive vibes as you enter the college

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure and hostel are very well designed. The campus caters to all the amenities in demand, like Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms, libraries, and pretty well-equipped labs. The quality of food is quite good and certified by one of the most reputed organizations.

Hello, i want to ask about the honest review about btech in aerospace engineering at amity or mtech. Not the ones that are available on internet. I want a review by self experience pls help!!!!!!

I don’t have personal experiences, but I can provide an honest review based on student feedback, faculty quality, placements, and industry exposure at Amity University for B.Tech/M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering .

Pros:

Decent Infrastructure – Well-equipped labs and research facilities for aerodynamics, propulsion, and materials.
Good Faculty (Mixed Reviews) – Some experienced professors, but many are from general engineering backgrounds, not specialized in aerospace.
Flexible Curriculum – Industry-oriented subjects and electives help in career development.
Industry Tie-ups – Collaborations with ISRO, DRDO, and private aerospace companies like Boeing for projects.

Cons:
Placement Issues – Aerospace jobs are very limited . Most students switch to IT or general engineering roles due to fewer core job opportunities.
High Fees (Rs. 3-4 LPA) – The return on investment (ROI) is low unless you secure an off-campus job.
Lack of Hardcore Research – Not as strong as IITs or specialized institutes like IIST in terms of research in propulsion, avionics, or space tech .
More Theoretical, Less Practical Exposure – You may need to do internships outside to gain hands-on experience.

Verdict:

If you want to stay in India and work in aerospace , consider IIST, IITs, MIT Manipal, or UPES instead.
If you want a private university with decent exposure , Amity is fine , but you must plan for higher studies (M.Tech/MS abroad) or transition into software/IT for better opportunities.

amity university placement are good or bad

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great. According to university placement data, over 2,280 offers were made during the Amity University placements 2021 drive, where companies such as Yamaha, KPMG, Deloitte, IBM, and Accolite, among others, visited the campus placement drive. The placements are good and the highest placement package that is INR 21.5 LPA and the Average placement package is INR 5 LPA And the lowest is the 3.5 LPA. The NO. of Recruiters were around 340 and offers 2, 280.
