Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy provides free medical facilities to the faculties and the students. The college also provides medical rooms and 24/7 medical facilities to the students.

Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy has a Library which is situated in the main block of the college campus. The Library has a rich collection of Books and Journals in the field of Engineering and Management in both Electronic as well as Print formats. 

Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy provides various indoor and outdoor sports and games facilities such as facilities for Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Carrom, Chess, and Table Tennis to the students. 

The Classrooms and Seminar Halls are well equipped with ICT enabled facilities such as smart boards and projectors. A number of Computer Systems are available in the college for the students. 

The Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy has a canteen which serves both Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to the students. A Bakery is also available on the college campus.  

The college has a separate Auditorium, Conference Room, Placement Seminar Hall, and an Open Auditorium where some events take place throughout the year.

Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy operates a fleet of Buses that helps the faculties and students commute from one place to another place. 

Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy has a Gymnasium that is equipped with all the modern exercise equipment and machines.

A Branch of the Bank is situated inside the college campus for the Banking needs of the Staff members and the students.

Avanthi’s Scientific Technological and Research Academy provides Hostel facilities to the Boys Students. The Hostel rooms are well equipped with all the basic amenities such as Tables, Chairs, and Almirah. Mineral Water and Internet facilities are also available in the Boys Hostel.
