Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Seth R.V. Ayurved Hospital, Mumbai, or Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sion Mumbai, is one of the premier institutions for Ayurveda Education and Health Care. The affiliated college was established in 1954 and located near Sion Railway Station in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This institute has been given approval by the Central Council for Indian Medicine, New Delhi, and offers up various courses on Ayurved. All the activities at college are spread over a 5.899-acre campus and include a total student intake of 445, with a faculty strength of 47. The institution offers specialised education in various branches of Ayurveda in 15 courses at three degree levels.

The institute offers various MD programmes regarding specialised fields in Ayurveda, besides offering a Ph.D. programme for advanced research. For MD courses in Samhita, Siddhant, Rasashastra, and Bhaishajya Kalpana, and Kayachikitsa, the selection is done exclusively on the basis of merit indexed together from a written test worth 100 marks.
