B. L. Amlani College of Commerce and Economics and M. R. Nathwani College of Arts, Mumbai. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Com: There are 240 seats for B.Com in this college. Candidates get admitted through marks obtained by them in the 12th standard with either commerce or similar streams. It gives an extensive basis in the subjects of commerce and business.
BA: BA programme with 120 seats will also take in the candidates according to the marks of the 12th standard that is from the arts stream or other similar areas. There are different specializations under humanities and social sciences.
BMS: Bachelor of Management Studies has 60 seats. The admission is merit-based and, in some cases, may take into account 12th standard marks and any entrance exam scores as specified by the University of Mumbai.
BMM: Bachelor of Mass Media has 60 seats. This course is more into media studies and communication. The admission is on the basis of 12th standard marks and other criteria set by the university.
BAF: The Bachelor of Accounting and Finance program offers 60 seats. Admission is based on 12th standard marks, with a focus on students with strong numerical and analytical skills.
M.Com: The college offers 180 seats across various M.Com specializations including Advanced Accountancy, Business Management, Banking and Finance, and E-Commerce. Admission is typically based on the candidate's undergraduate marks in commerce or related fields.
MA: This has 120 seats and specializes in Economics and Psychology. The candidates are selected for admission on the basis of undergraduate performance in relevant subjects.
Academics is really good in the college. Many exams and lectures are given to students to make them study and make them prepare for the exams. Very strict attendence rule is there for the students so that they attend the classes everyday.
