24 MonthsPost Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
Successful completion of General Nursing & Midwifery course(GNM) of 3 yrs / 3 ½ yrs duration recognized by Indian Nursing Council. One Year of clinical experience (after registration as a Nurse) as a Staff nurse in a hospital with not less than 100 beds. Shall be registered in Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council at the time of admission.
Admission Details
a)Govt.Quota - through a merit list prepared by Govt./LBS on the basis of marks obtained in GNM
b) Management Quota
Both Management & Government Quota is available (similar to B.Sc.Nursing admission)
*Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre (LBS) for science and Technology is the Govt. agency that manages the admission process to Govt. Quota seats.
