24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Gauhati University, Guwahati.
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduate in the 10+2+3 pattern of Gauhati University or any other recognized university may be admitted to the B. Ed. course as per NCTE Norms. The intake capacity of the college is 100 and 20% of seats are reserved for students who belong outside of Assam. The admission criteria for general students is 50% of marks and 45% of marks for SC/ST/OBC.
Admission Details
- The college issues an admission form in the month of June for each academic year as per the notification of Gauhati University. The admission of the candidates is made strictly on the basis of merit and selection tests. The academic session starts in the month of August.
