Along with the performance of qualifying examination (10+2) for the admission in these programs, subject wise marks may also be considered.

B.Sc. (Honours): The college also provides B.Sc. Honours in 9 disciplines which include Economics, Physics, Chemistry Mathematics, Geography, Computer Sciences, Anthropology, Zoology, and Botany. The admissions, therefore, are primarily based upon the relevant science measurement in the pupil's qualifying examination result.

B.Com. (Honours): Bangabasi College provides a B.Com. Scholarship in Accounting and Financing. For this program, the participation process has been done under the section of the written assessment of performance measures in the commerce stream of the 10+2.

General Degrees - B.Sc., B.A., and B.Com: The university also offers general degree programs in Science, Arts, and Commerce. Admission into these courses is less competitive compared to the Honours programs but does rely on the overall academic performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination.
