If your rank is between 3300 to 5500 ( approximately the rank for 97 marks will be in this range ) then there are plenty of chances that you will be into Bangalore Institute of Technology for ece. If by chance even though you miss ece there are still courses such as eee ,  mechanical ,  civil engg.

Going by the information given on the site it might appear that the admissions happen through only CET & COMEDK but however since the application form has space for your JEE rank I would recommend you to speak to the admissions office once on the contact number that is available in the link which has the list of documents.

To get admission in Bangalore institute of technology you need to appear for KCET which is  counducted by karnataka examination authority or appear for COMEDK.
