Banki College Autonomous Banki Placement Process 2025

• Setting up soft skill training for the pupils in their last year. 

• Expert talks on employment skills given by speakers from other organisations.

• Organising workshops 

• Collaborate with various industries, execute memorandums of understanding (MOUs) for recruitment campaigns, and host seminars to educate students on the most recent advancements in a variety of professions.

• Plan a company-specific training session before every hiring to help students concentrate on the unique skills required for that field.

• Aptitude test, group discussion, technical interview and issuing of offer letters.

• After every recruiting drive, there is a feedback session for each student to evaluate their performance and let them know why they weren't selected.
