BPEd at Beynon Smith College of Physical Education, Belgaum Offline Course

Educational Qualification: Any graduate of Karnataka University or of any other university recognized. By the Karnataka University and satisfying any of the following conditions will be eligible for admission to B.P.Ed Degree courses.

Graduate in Physical Education, i.e. of three years duration with 45% marks OR

Graduate at least 45% marks, having represented state/university in sports/games athletics OR

Graduate with at least 45% marks, who have secured 1st, 2nd, or 3rd position in the university intercollegiate sports/games tournaments or processing N.C.C. ‘C’ certificate or passed basic course in adventure sports. OR

Graduate at least 45% marks and with at least one training program in sports science, sports management, sports coaching, yoga, Olympic education, sports journalism, and certificate/diploma course in physical education.

In case enough candidates with 45% marks are not coming forth for admission to B.P.Ed. candidates with less than 45% marks may be obtained in the qualifying/entrance examination with due weightage for physical fitness, proficiency in games & sports, and achievement in sports at the college or higher level as follows.
