BGSIT Mandya: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

BGS Institute of Technology (BGSIT), Mandya was established in the year 2005. BGSIT holds approvals from the esteemed AICTE and is an affiliated institution of Visvesvaraya Technological University Belagavi. BGSIT Mandya Institute offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different fields including Engineering and Architecture and Management and Business Administration. 

Before applying for admission, the candidates must meet the BGSIT eligibility criteria of the desired course. The candidates are required to appear for the relevant entrance examinations for getting admissions including, GATE, Karnataka PGCET, KMAT and KCET.  The BGSIT admissions are based on marks scored by the candidates in their entrance examinations. BGSIT Mandya courses include BE Electronics and Communication Engineering, BE Computer Science and Engineering, BE Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, BE Civil Engineering, BE Information Science and Engineering, BE Mechanical Engineering, MBA, M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, M.Tech VLSI and Embedded System Design, M.Tech Infrastructure Management and M.Tech Structural Engineering

BGSIT Mandya has a separate placement cell on the campus to oversee all the placement-related activities including organising recruitment drives, providing training and guidance to the students, mock interviews and many other activities. The BGSIT facilities include separate hostels for girls and boys, a medical health centre with a first aid faculty, gym facility, library with over 41,839 volumes of books and periodicals, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, excellent IT Infrastructure, cafeteria, auditorium, labs, transport facility to and from the institute and many other facilities.
