Firstly I congratulate you on securing the rank of 2555( UR RANK) and now to answer your question, the cutoff for Computer Science and Engg department at Bhagalpur College of Engineering is 1576 and thus you can't get that department whereas you can opt for Electrical and Electronics Engg.
