By bgp if you mean Bhagalpur Engineering College then, unfortunately you ca not get a seat at this college with a percentile of 62 . In civil branch there is only 60 seats hence it is very difficult for you to get a seat in this college.

To get admission in Bhagalpur College of Engineering , there's requirement of JEE main marks. They have a separate exam BCECE ( Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board ).

The admission in Bhagalpur College of Engineering, Bhagalpur is done on the basis of BCECE which is organised once in a year. The JEE Mains percentile and rank do not hold any weightage in this process of BCE admission. You need to separately take BCECE exam to be considered eligible for admission in BCE, Bhagalpur. Firstly I congratulate you on securing the rank of 2555( UR RANK) and now to answer your question, the cutoff for Computer Science and Engg department at Bhagalpur College of Engineering is 1576 and thus you can't get that department whereas you can opt for Electrical and Electronics Engg.
