Since the branch selection is totally upto you as of your interest so I can't suggest you for which branch to go because of course just for the sake of good package you can't study the subjects in which you don't have interest straight for 4 years.

So, comparing these colleges in placement wise:-

The highest package offered by MANIPAL JAIPUR is 40lpa and the average package offered is 6lpa.

Whereas the average package offered by BIT JAIPUR is same as MANIPAL JAIPUR but the highest offered is 32lpa.

Now, talking about CMRIT the highest package offered is 11.76lpa and the average ranges around 3.5-4.5lpa.

BIT mesra jaipur is a good college for choosing electronics and communication stream The placement percentage of ECE department is around 80% to 85%. The highest salary package offered was 39 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is being around 5 LPA. Everyone has an excellent chance of getting good jobs, and if you are above average, you might get your dream job. you also could join robolution which will definitely give you an edge. Qualcomm took 4–5 students for 15 lakhs . Electronics at BIT Mesra is tough .As professors are too strict . Subjects are too tough.

No, As per NTA norms you cannot be allotted a college through JEE main examination untill and unless you fulfill it's eligibility criteria which is that the candidate must score atleast 75%(general) aggregate, 65%(sc/st/pwd) in class 12th.

If you're unable to clear it. You won't get any of the above mentioned college.

Or else you need to be in the top 20 percentile of your board to get college through JEE main

First of all  congrats for securing 4.5 lakhrank in jee 2019.Unfortunately if you are general category student then you may not get seat in any of BIT  but you may wait till last round as ma you get some lower BITs  or you may apply in NIST berhampur hope it will help you. FOR MORE QUERY COMMENT BELOW AND UPVOTE :)

I suppose that you are talking about Birla institute of technology, that is Bits pilani, Bits Goa , Bits Hyderabad or Bit mesra. If my assumption about your question is correct then as per your percentile score that is about 83, you cannot get any technical degree in bit mesra but you can apply for B. Sc .

And other colleges that I mentioned donot take admission through JEE main score.

BIT JAIPUR is an extension of BIT MESRA and it takes admission through merit list based on CRL Rank in JEE Mains.

No matters what is your rank you can get admission depending upon seat availability.People who cleared cutoff of their respective categories that is GEN,ST,SC and OBC can claim admission.

Their is no hostel facilities children stay in near by PG's.
