BAM College, Thuruthicad or Bishop Abraham Memorial College is one of the renowned and recognized Self Financing Arts and Science College situated in the coastal village of Thuruthicad started in 1965. Situated at Thiruvalla of Pathanamthitta district in Kerala this affiliated college has been molding youth for over five and half decades. BAM College is an accredited higher learning institution with 20 acres of campus space with 13 courses offered in 7 degree programmes with total of 792 students. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Com: BAM College provides two specializations in B.Com - Computer Applications (Self Finance) and Finance and Taxation. The intake for B.Com programs is 110 seats. Admission is on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination (10+2). The fee per year varies from Rs 4,855 to Rs 33,850.
B.Sc: Four B.Sc courses - Botany, Mathematics, Physics (Model II), and Chemistry - are offered by the college. The intake of B.Sc courses is 100 seats. The admission is on a merit basis based on marks secured in the relevant subjects of the 10+2 exam. The annual cost is around Rs 6,595.
BA: BAM College has BA courses in Economics and History with an intake of 80 seats. Admission is done on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination. The fee per year is approximately Rs 4,855.
M.Sc: The college provides M.Sc courses in Chemistry and Botany (Self Financing). The total number of seats for M.Sc courses is 40. Admission is on the basis of marks secured in the corresponding bachelor's degree. The fee per year is Rs 45,100.
