BAM College, Thuruthicad or Bishop Abraham Memorial College is one of the renowned and recognized Self Financing Arts and Science College situated in the coastal village of Thuruthicad started in 1965. Situated at Thiruvalla of Pathanamthitta district in Kerala this affiliated college has been molding youth for over five and half decades. BAM College is an accredited higher learning institution with 20 acres of campus space with 13 courses offered in 7 degree programmes with total of 792 students. The male/female student ratio is relatively fair with 52% female students pursuing under graduate studies and 88% female for post graduate students. Being affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the BAM College is one of the leading colleges that provides quality education in the region.

The college has two computer laboratories; each laboratory has more than forty computers so that students can easily access computers wherever they are. Coverage of wireless network over the campus also helps students and faculty members to establish internet connection even when working past business hours.

BAM College provides a variety of courses in all degrees containing 13 courses of undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The college boasts in offering these interesting programmes for students including B.Com, B.Sc, BA, M.Com, M.Sc, MA and even Ph.D in Commerce.
